We’re a fast-moving startup building the leading platform that enables retailers, marketplaces and manufacturers to offer product protection. We’re backed by top-tier investors and growing fast—now we need a Chief of Staff (any gender) to help us keep that pace and maintain high quality. You’ll work directly with the Co-CEOs to drive strategic priorities and build the operational systems that let us scale smoothly.

Lead and execute initiatives that unlock growth—new products, markets, partnerships, pricing, or go-to-market strategies.
Own initiatives from loose ideas to final outcomes.

⚙️ Operational Scale

Build the internal systems that let us grow without dropping quality.
Design automated processes across teams and domains.
Work closely with product to enhance our platform.

Experience in fast-moving environments (startups, consulting, ops).
