(Senior) Partner Acquisition Manager (m / f / x)

The Role

As an Account Execute / Partner Acquisition Manager you will be a key driver of Hakuna´s growth. With a focus on the most important, strategic prospective partners you will forge lasting relationships with Hakuna´s retail partners. Your consultative sales approach will investigate partner specific challenges and find best in class solutions. You will own partner negotiations end2end as you close robust and profitable deals.

Your responsibilities
  • Own your sales pipeline to drive the adoption of hakuna´s products and services as you chase your sales targets.

  • Forge rock solid relationships with decision makers across all levels to secure the deal.

  • A strong client centric mindset, you collaborate with product and management teams to deliver client solutions and secure the deal.

  • Diligently track your sales process in our CRM systems to stay on top of targets and other relevant KPI.

  • Collaborate with hakuna´s teams in marketing, product and sales to make sure you stay of top of latest company developments and carry the company spirit to your prospects

Your profile
  • You bring 2 to 5 years of solution selling or management consulting in the B2B software space.

  • Any experience or business relationships in the online retail or fintec space are an advantage.

  • Closing deals is your lifeline and you keep the finish line top of mind during the entire sales process.

  • You combine analytical and communication skills with a passionate, energetic personality.

  • You are both a stellar writer and speaker.

  • You take pride in getting the job done and will walk the extra mile to always finish best in class.

  • You are a true team player who celebrates change and is prepared to be a lifelong learner.

  • You command fluent German language skills.
